Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but it could have been better equipped. The staff was nice and friendly, although room cleaning services were a bit lacking. The location was convenient, with some trade-offs. The dining experience left much to be desired in terms of food quality.
The hotel was in a convenient location near the airport with easy access to the freeway and ample dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious and met my needs for an overnight stay, but the smell of mold and cat feces was overwhelming. The service was a mix of professional and unpleasant encounters, and the pool opening only in spring was a disappointment. The dining options were mostly carb-heavy with limited protein choices. Overall, an okay stay for a quick stopover, but not ideal for longer stays.
I found the hotel to be in a convenient location with some positive aspects, but there were also some drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with necessary amenities like a fridge, table, and business chair. However, the appearance of the room was a bit worn out, and I noticed that the carpet was quite dirty, with a wet spot which was concerning. On the bright side, I didn't sense any lingering pet odors, which was a relief.
